Sometimes the path between multiple points is not always a straight line, but rather a Winding Road. Such is the story of my professional life. My first career was in the automotive field working in the parts and service departments at a variety of dealerships, aftermarket companies, and motorcycle shops. This provided me with my initial experience with fixing and maintaining vehicles and equipment. Next, was in Law Enforcement and based on my previous experience, I was put in charge of managing, acquiring, and maintaining a fleet of on and off-road vehicles to include motorcycles, generators and RVs that were used as forward operating bases. Toward the end of my career, I was designing, acquiring, operating and maintaining mobile command vehicles. These vehicles' infrastructure is mostly comprised of RV components and systems which helped me gain valuable practical experience for my next career choice, Certified Mobile RV Technician.
